TravCom Support Options
Toll-Free Phone Support:
TravCom offers toll-free technical assistance to all TravCom subscribers within the United States. Support representatives make every attempt to answer your call when you place it, and to return your call within thirty minutes if you must leave a message. The toll-free telephone number is 800-TRAVCOM (800-872-8266). For agencies outside of the United States you must call 310-558-3130.
Please note that TravCom cannot offer specific assistance with
network issues (beyond basic TravCom installation instructions for a
network), nor with third party software such as word processors or
spreadsheets.
TravCom can be reached from 6:30am - noon and from 1:00 - 5:00pm, pacific time. Please be sure to listen carefully to your options when you call. Be sure to select the support option to get assistance, not sales. If you leave a message on the sales line this will significantly delay the response to your support call.
Toll Free Fax Support:
Support questions can be sent by fax toll-free to 800-329-4827. For agencies
outside of the United States you must send faxes to 310-558-3160. You will
be called back with a reply as soon as a TravCom support representative
reviews your fax.
Email Support:
You may send your support question by email. For general support questions
please email them to support@travcom.com.
Remote Assistance:
We offer a Remote Assistance utility which will allow TravCom Support
Representatives the ability to take over your computer and troubleshoot any
issues you might be having. To access the Remote Assistance utility, go to
Start > Programs > TravCom CS > Remote Assistance, or select
Help > Remote Assistance from the TravCom menu. You can also download
the Remote Assistance utility by clicking
here and selecting "Run" or "Open" when prompted.
